The 61st Academy of Country Music Awards kicked off a glitzy evening of celebrating the year's biggest stars in the genre. The Shania Twain-hosted ACM Awards — the longest-running country music awards show — took over Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17, drawing some of country music’s biggest stars. As the red carpet got underway, arrivals included new bride Lainey Wilson with husband Duck Hodges, four-time nominee Shaboozey, Kelsea Ballerini, Zach Top, and Lee Ann Womack, all stepping out in style at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The year's top nominees, Megan Moroney (nine nominations), Miranda Lambert (eight), Ella Langley (seven), Wilson (seven), and Chris Stapleton (six), vied for the night's top honors.
