Savannah Guthrie Addresses Ransom Note as Search for Mom Continues...
Savannah Guthrie and her siblings released a new video statement on Instagram Wednesday night, addressing the reports of a ransom note in the alleged kidnapping of their mother, Nancy Guthrie. Nancy Guthrie, 84, has been missing since the weekend and is believed to have been abducted, according to local officials. 911 audio released Wednesday revealed Nancy Guthrie's serious medical issues four days after she was taken from her Arizona home, and away from her life-saving daily medication. “We too have heard the reports about a ransom letter in the media. As a family, we are doing everything that we can. We are ready to talk,“ Savannah said, speaking directly to a possible kidnapper. “However we live in a world where voices and images are easily manipulated. We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and that you have her. We want to hear from you and we are ready to listen. Please reach out to us.“ TMZ and a local news station have reported a ransom note was sent to them regarding Nancy Guthrie but exact details have not yet been released. The Pima County Sheriff's Office have confirmed they have reports of the letter but have not yet verified it. In the video, Savannah is joined by her sister Annie and her brother Cameron. “Everyone is looking for you, mommy. Everywhere. We will not rest,“ Savannah says in the video statement through tears. “Your children will not rest until we are together again. We speak to you every moment and we pray without ceasing.“ This is a breaking news story. Updates to come.
