At least four people were killed in a shooting at the Ramot Junction in Jerusalem, The Jerusalem Post and an emergency service reported, and some 11 people were wounded.Newsweek has contacted Israeli police for details.Why It MattersThe shooting comes hours after President Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform that Israel has agreed to the terms he set to end the conflict in Gaza."Everyone wants the Hostages HOME," the president wrote. "Everyone wants this War to end! The Israelis have accepted my Terms. It is time for Hamas to accept as well. I have warned Hamas about the consequences of not accepting. This is my last warning, there will not be another one!"It's not immediately clear what the new terms presented to Israel and Hamas are.What To Know"At least four people were killed at the scene of the shooting, first responders confirmed," The Jerusalem Post wrote on X.An Israeli police spokesperson told media that "two terrorists have been neutralized," but added that the situation was still unfolding.An unverified video clip on X showed policemen with guns drawn cautiously approaching two apparently dead, bloodied bodies sprawled out on a pavement. The two dead men were apparently attackers.Earlier, Israel's paramedic service Magen David Adom (MDA) also said four people had been killed among 15 people who had been shot.The MDA said its emergency medical staff were attending to victims of the shooting."MDA EMTs and paramedics are providing medical treatment and evacuating to hospitals in Jerusalem 5 seriously injured casualties with gunshot wounds," the emergency service said in a post on X."Several additional casualties with varying degrees of injuries are being treated at the scene," it said.Video clips posted on social media showed shots ringing out amid busy morning traffic on a main road and security men taking up positions.This is a breaking news story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
