New York Mets star Juan Soto returned from injury on Wednesday, but now the all club has another star dealing with a potential injury concern. Shortstop Francisco Lindor seemed to be in some pain while running the bases during the game and was ultimately removed from the contest. According to Anthony DiComo of MLB.com, Bo Bichette is taking over at shortstop while Brett Baty will play third base. SNY shared a video of the moment Lindor suffered the injury scare.
